Promotion of Access to Information Act

Requesting access to records
Requests for access to records must be submitted in writing using the prescribed PAIA request form.
The request must clearly identify the record requested, the right the requester wishes to exercise or protect, and why the requested record is required.
Completed request forms may be sent to info@yieldcap.co.za.
Information Regulator
If a PAIA request is refused, or if no response is received, a requester may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
